The Solidaires union provides several dozen summary sheets to know your rights.

Right to Training

Under the CFESES (Economic, Social, Environmental, and Union Training Leave), all employees are entitled to training (up to 12 days per year), paid by the employer.

Solidaires has equipped itself with a union training organization, the CEFI (Interprofessional Study and Training Center). You can consult the training catalog.

Right to Strike

Because striking is cool, you benefit from the right to strike.
